ENDA Vietnam is currently collaborating with the Department of Natural Resources and Environment (DONRE) and independent waste collectors’ organizations in Ho Chi Minh City to improve their livelihoods and working conditions, and advocate for adjusting/issuing new policies and regulations on solid waste management.
